Having an established tax, will eliminate the negotiation for the price with the drivers and you will know in advance all that is going to cost you the transportation of the load to its final destination.

If it is a question of transport of containers of 20 '/40 ' for dry load, we receive your order in our offices 24 hours before the achievement of the transport, be in writing a route (advisable) fax or by telephone and immediately we will proceed to coordinate each of the steps that must follow to be able to offer you the best service. In case of free load so many anticipation is not necessary for the request of the transport.

The service that we offer you, not only is the transportation of the merchandise but a series of complementary services that improve operationally the transport, delivery and final reception of the merchandise, the same ones that WILL NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL COST to the established tax.

FOR EXPORTS

• Withdraw of the empty container in the deposit of the shipping one.
• Transfer of the empty container to the factory of the exporter to be filled.
• Presence of an Inspector of Servicontei S. A. Experts of Insurances, during the filling of the container so that it certifies the quantities and conditions which the merchandise has joined to the container.
• Certification, on the part of the inspector of Servicontei S. A., the safeties with which the full container goes out from the factory or vault of the exporter in the direction of the Marine Port of Guayaquil.
• Safekeeping and accompaniment of the load on the part of the Inspector of Servicontei S.A. in the vehicle that realizes the transport.
• Transport of the container to the Marine Port of Guayaquil.
• Securing of the container weight certificate in APG.
• Delivery of the full and weighed container to the Module that the shipping one designates.
• Control in the shipment of the container to the steam designated for its exportation.
• Detailed report, specifying each of the steps continued during all this process and enclosing the respective supports of:
  a) Certificate of Servicontei S. A. about the container filling, signed by the vault merchant Representative of the exporter.
  b) Weight Container Certificate, given by the scales of Port Authority of Guayaquil.
  c) Certificate (EIR) of the full container reception on the moduel part of the Shipping one, which guarantees the conditions in which you deliver the container that you are exporting.

FOR IMPORTS

• Withdraw of the full container from the storage module of the Shipping one, located in the Marine Port of Guayaquil.
• Securing of the APG tally stick to verify the conditions in which the container came to the Marine Port of Guayaquil and IT ENTERS to the module of the Shipping one.
• Securing of the delivering certificate (EIR) from the full container on the part of the Module of the Shipping one, to verify the conditions in which the container of the Module GOES OUT.
• Safekeeping and accompaniment on the part of the Inspector of Servicontei S.A., during the container transport from the Marine Port of Guayaquil to the vaults of the importer.
• Presence of an Servicontei S. A Inspector, Experts of Insurances, during the discharging merchandise process from the container into the vaults of the Importer, so that it certifies the quantities and conditions which the merchandise has joined to his vaults.
• Delivery of the empty container to the deposit that the shipping one designates.
• Getting the Delivery Securing Certificate (EIR) of the empty container to the deposit of the Shipping one, to verify the conditions which the container of the deposit JOINS and to avoid an extra tax paying because the delaying delivering, cleanlinesses because of dirt and repairs for breakdowns that do not exist.
• Detailed report, specifying each of the steps continued during all this process and enclosing the respective supports of:
  a) Tally stick of APG.
  b) EIR of exit of the full container from the Module of the Shipping one.
  c) Container discharge Certificate of Servicontei S. A., signed by the vault merchant Representative of the importer.
  d) Certificate of the empty container reception on the part of the Module of the Shipping one.

In the transport of Loose Load it is being supplied to them:

• Platform truck of detachable walls, with ceiling of canvas, exclusive use for its 12 CBM or METRIC TON load up to 4.
• The values are given by trip, will not be taken into account the TM/CBM.
